DESIGNED FOR LIVING
We love the Kapiti Coast - having lived at Paraparaumu Beach, Raumati, Raumati South, Waikanae and Waikanae Beach, Gary and I are now experiencing Sunny Otaki Beach.
We specialise in designing new homes and improving existing homes on the Kapiti Coast. Sure, the area has its challenges with flooding areas etc but a challenge is just a solution yet to be found!
Our mantra 'Designed for Living' sums up our approach - we design solutions to suit the way individual clients live in their homes.
Occasionally, we venture outside the Kapiti Coast, to experience the challenges of other zones, such as recently Te Anau and more frequently Horowhenua.
When we're not busy in the office, Gary and I like nothing more than hooking up the caravan and exploring other nooks and crannies around New Zealand - Aotearoa.
Rochelle, qualified in 1994, is a Licensed Building Practitioner - Design 2, and is a Professional Member of ADNZ (Architectural Designers New Zealand).
Karyn Walker
Registered Architect. (B Arch) & (M Arch Prof)
Karyn completed her Architecture degree at Victoria University School of Architecture, Wellington in 2015. Karyn has 8 years experience in the industry. Karyn has recently returned to part time employment after taking a year off for maternity leave.
Karyn is passionate about residential architecture and its integration with the landscape and surroundings. Karyn continues to expand her knowledge across all aspects of a project. She has a very practical and hands on type of approach, including assisting with the build of her own home.
Gary Chapman - Office Administrator
Gary has recently retired from over 50 years in the Electrical Industry and looks after the office administration processes, and assists with client meetings and site measures.
Katy Kat
Katy is the resident office cat. She is a Scottish Fold and very friendly.

I have used the services of very many architects/designers over many years of professional practice. I can tell you that your presentation is up there with the best.
