Kapiti Architectural Design Ltd was started by Rochelle in 2007

Designed for Living - sums up Rochelle's approach to design.  Good design not only encompasses the performance of the building, but should be designed to suit how the individual, or family, live in their own home and what they require to make their lives easier.

The performance of the building is always an important consideration when looking at designing a new home, or altering an existing home.
This typically takes into account:

- orientation and placement of the rooms, size and placement of windows.

- ventilation, heating

- material selection - function, aesthetics, maintenance, ability to be recycled, waste reduction

Rochelle, qualified in 1994, is a Licensed Building Practitioner - Design 2, and is a Professional Member of ADNZ (Architectural Designers New Zealand).
